1. Enough blankets, Pillow ,Plain sky blue sheets and pillow case

2. 20 pegs, plastic buckets, slippers, enough tissue paper, drying towel and one face towel, a pair of gumboots and PVC gloves, royal blue work-suit, Electric iron, raincoat/umbrella, hangers

3. That my child must have full correct uniform required by the school and that she/he will always be neatly dressed. If my son/daughter brings wrong uniform or any other clothing besides uniforms the school shal! confiscate them and donate them to charitable organisations.

4. Lockable metal trunk and food trunk.

5. I fully understand that there is no refund of fees following the expulsion of my child from the school.

6. I will be responsible for all costs on medical care to my child during his/her at the school.

Parents/ Guardians of learners at Sandringham sign a contract agreement to Sandringham High Boarding School in full knowledge and agreement to the following :

1. That all fees and levies are paid before school opens. My child will be sent home if this is not done.

2. That my child will accept the diet provided by the school. The diet to comprise of sadza, porridge, beans.

4. That my child stays at the school following the rules and regulations as spelt out by the school.

7. That I will observe the rules and regulations of visiting my child at school. I will visit my child on the last Saturday of the mid- term month of the term from 10:00am to 4:30pm but my visit should not disrupt the school programme.

8. That should I owe any money in the form of fees and levies, breakages etc at the end of his/her stay, the school has the right to withhold result and certificate until all money has been paid.

9. That my son/daughter will not bring food in the school, especially cooked food, even through posting.

10. That if my child breaks school property, I will ensure that I replace it immediately.
